Accessing the Resident Portal

The PURE Property Management Resident Portal is an easy, fast, and secure way to pay rent and other charges online, view your payment history, and more.
It is easy to access our Resident Portal from any PC, laptop, or mobile device. Once your rental application has been approved and your lease is signed, you will receive an invitation to connect to the Resident Portal and set up your account.

Pay Your Rent Online
PURE Property Management offers a convenient, secure, fast, and flexible way to make your rent payments through our Resident Portal. We offer you the following options:
- eCheck (fee applies): The eCheck method allows you to pay your rent or other resident charges directly from your checking or savings account as a direct deposit to the PURE Property Management broker’s trust account. Simply enter your bank’s routing number and your personal bank account number and then chose to submit a one-time payment or an monthly auto payment by the first of each month when rent is due.
- Credit or Debit Card (Convenience fee applies based on your rent charge): This is a simple and easy option to use your credit or debit card to pay rent or other resident charges through the secure Resident Portal. Please be aware, however, that the credit or debit card option involves a convenience fee as an additional charge to your credit card, determined by the credit card processing company, based on the amount you are paying at the time. Please understand the convenience fee amount that will be charged before selecting this option. This is a processing company charge, not PURE Property Management, and we are not able to reverse the charge once it has been completed.
